Summary:
Design a pentagonal residential house with view on the Garda Lake in Italy and a garden around it.
Presentation of:
2 plans of the lot (1:200 scale) showing:
plan of the premise’s position in the lot
the plan for the pitched roof with the resulting slopes and the final shape of the 5 faces of the roof
an estimation of the gross and net area utilized and the perimeter of the premise.
the space coordinates and the lot’s dimensions
The plan of the interiors (1:50 scale).

Progettazione di un edificio per uffici a piu' livelli con le seguenti caratteristiche: facciata continua, pavimentazione modulare sopraelevata e controsoffitto modulare.

Studio teorico dei vantaggi delle soluzioni modulari di pavimenti e controsoffittature.
Analisi di campioni costruttivi e materiali usati nel progetto e relazione finale sulle loro principali caratteristiche.
Summary:
This project was about planning an office space in a multi storey building with a super elevated and modular floor, a modular ceiling and a continuous facade.
Presentation of:

- a section [1:50 scale]
- a section of a single level [1:20 scale]
- a plan of a single level (the area should have been at least 6 x 3 metres in axis with a pillar) [1:20 scale]
Study of advantages of modular solutions for modular ceiling and floor.
Analysis of constructive details and materials used in the project and a final report on their main features.

Berlin Project - Alexander Plaza, Berlin, Germany.

Ideazione di una proposta alternativa per l'organizzazione dello spazio in Alexander Plaza, famosa piazza nella Berlino Est.

Lo scopo finale era di progettare uno spazio che potesse integrarsi con i quartieri vicini ma che allo stesso tempo caratterizzasse in qualche modo il luogo.

La soluzione finale doveva essere una risposta ai problemi identificati a livello sociale e urbano.

A proposal for the space in Alexander Plaza, famous square in the Est Berlin.

The main aim of the project is to to design at the same time a well integrated space in the city but also a unique place with remarkable features.

The final proposal was meant to be a solution to the social and urban context.

Retail Design
Olsen Project - Floral Street, Covent Garden, London, UK.

L'obiettivo finale di questo progetto e' utilizzare soluzioni architettoniche e di design per creare un ambiente commerciale di successo.

La soluzione finale deve essere in grado di soddisfare gli attuali clienti della marca d'abbigliamento internazionale Olsen e allo stesso tempo cercare di apportare positivi cambiamenti nella zona di Covent Garden. Questa dualita' funzionale rende il progetto particolarmente stimolante.

L'intero sviluppo del progetto e' supportata da una relazione che attraverso ricerche documenta tempi, costi e scadenze e ne giustifica la scelta finale.

The final aim of this project is to use architectural and design solutions to create a successful retail space.

The proposal has to satisfy the existing client of the international clothing brand Olsen and at the same time find solutions to improve the local area of Covent Garden.

This functional duality makes the project really challenging.

The development is supported by a detailed report that has the aim to justify the reasons of the ultimate proposal.
